Well a shot rang out
Across a peaceful sky
And a mama's tears flowed
When two brothers died
For what one knew 
And the other one thought
Was the right thing to do
So each other they fought

 

When the house shakes
When the whole Earth quakes
When the smoke dies down 
When all the bodies are found

 

One thing for sure 
That your always gonna find
Is that there's always two sides
To every "Fault Line"

 

Well he hurt her
With his well meant lies
Now the tears just flow
And her soul just dies
For what she knows
His heart just aches
He can't fix that pain
Now their love just breaks

When the heartbreaks are found

Don't let that house shake
No matter how that Earth quakes
Just let the noise die down
